Just bought a K-S2 to replace my K-50 and am so glad I decided to splash the cash on this rather than an old K-5.
Camera is so easy to use, AF really fast and a much more silent shutter than the K-50.
I haven´t used the moveable screen, but have it turned around so I can see what I´m doing, only thing missing is the top screen, but overall the K-S2 is superb.
My K-3 has temporarily been relegated to the shelf....

I also won an MX-1 on E-bay for a very good price, in mint condition and almost unused, really nice walkaround camera, quite pleased with the results so far on a very bright sunny day in AV mode.

I need to stop with the CAS as Mrs is getting annoyed....

I just bought a new K-S2 for 699 Euros which equates to 492 pounds, well over 50 quid cheaper than uk stockists are selling for....
I live in Germany so postage etc are in my favour as well.

I got my cashback on my K-3 in January, no problems myside...hopefully they were just so busy because of all the Pentax´s sold...

I was meaning I had switched off the NR etc as advised, by WB I was meaning the sliding scale on the right of the display, which is probably really exposure compensation....
Thanks again for all the advice (excepting Algaron), I will keep working at this, have a Michael Freeman book I am using on exposure/light essentials that is interesting, hopefully will get there eventually....

Thanks for all the comments on the other thread, but it has completely went off topic, onto subjects I have no understanding of...
I took´all the advice switched off pretty much everything and have went to manual WB, and it seems my K3 is ok but needs an extra 2 or 3 stops on WB to provide good results.
I posted some new images on here, they are a fair bit better than previous, so just need to keep playing and learning.
Last weekend we ahd two extremely contrasting days, saturday the sun was splitting the paveys...Sunday it was basically black all day with only quick moving openings in the clouds providing any daylight, so it taught me how one setting doesn´t work for everything if nothing else.
Any comments/suggestions more than welcome & appreciated.....
