Pentax Winter Cashback promotion

Has anyone received their promised CashBack from Pentax yet ?

I bought my new K50 at the end of November 2014 and waited (as required) till early January before submitting my Claim Form.
Cash transfer was promised within 6 weeks but mine has NOT arrived despite the passing of 6 weeks since I sent the claim !

I tried calling the 'Helpline' (misnomer !) and was kept on hold (charging me for the call) so long I eventually gave up !

Anyone been more lucky ?

Not yet, but then my claim went in later.

I bought the K50 on blackfriday and received the £40 cashback Monday this week.

Bought a K3 on 3 Dec and received £70 cash back 23 Jan.

I put in my K-50 cashback claim immediately after Christmas and haven't received it yet. I chased them up this week, concerned that the claim might have got lost. They acknowledged receipt of my claim and said it would probably be paid when they process the next batch. They said they knew nothing about the 'within 6-weeks' promise.

However, it is a bit 'off' them not reading their own T's & C's re the 6 weeks when they were extremely prescriptive in narrowing the 'window' in which WE had to respond !

Received my £70 K-3 cashback today. Just thought I'd mention that, took 'em long enough!

Sorry, I should have reported earlier that my £40 cashback on the K50 arrived last Friday - also rather a long delay !

My cash-back appeared in my account today, having sent in the claim on 22nd January. No sign of the FluCard as yet.

Am chasing/badgering the marketing firm that are managing the promotion for Pentax directly; they don't like it up 'em Mr Mannering!

I got my cashback on my K-3 in January, no problems myside...hopefully they were just so busy because of all the Pentax´s sold...

For those of you, like me, waiting on a FluCard, I was told today they will be sent out 'end of March, beginning of April'.

The reason for the delay was given as they had to get the cash-backs out by a certain date, then they could switch their resource to the FluCards.

I bought a K-3 from SRS last Friday and the £80 cashback was applied there and then in the shop. I was expecting to have to send off and then to wait, possibly for a long time. But no, it was instant. Great!
