follow the last thread to avoid the distraction of discussion about paypal agreement. it's never been really used, apart from testing. about 4 months old. all accessories as it comes, original box(some wears due to a few deliveries)

Price: 540 GPB + postage

*this lens was not purchased from the SRS, but genuine UK product.

If i could get rid of my DA* in time, i would make an offer. tried this from a friend of mine some time ago, and impressed by the IQ, even excellent at max aperture.

This is all getting a bit carried away - the point has been made and the seller can check with PayPal and make his decision on what to do based on that.

Terms and Conditions change and evolve regularly and it's always a good idea to keep up to speed with it.
Thank you for recaping all these. it's no harm to know that. let get back to this. i am still waiting for PM's.

By the way, i just poped in my local London Camera Exchange for picking up a lense hood, and found they have got a K7 on shelf, which is listed 1299.99 GBP including 18-55 WR kit lens.

And to avoid any debates on Pay pal fees, why don't you just include it in the price of the lens from the start and make no mention of it.

What you don't see or know, won't hurt you
Thank you for the suggestion. just want to give more options to buyers. we normally sell one for buying another one, so it's sort of double loss for such charges. the reason for using paypal is unsure credibility. On this forum, users are really cherishing their reputation, and would not risk for selling faulty or dodgy stuffs. on this basis, the charge for using paypal is just a waste .

My tip is to track back the threads, see if sellers have sold or bought anything off this forum. additionally, you would judge if the seller is really a 'pentaxer'.

if it's not signaficant price difference, it's always safe to go for pentax own lenses. the extra 4 mm would make you less lens changing than sigma's. however, 2 mm wider of sigma 10-20mm would give you some pleasant fisheye distortion, which actually adds some features on your photo.

I have been owning 10-20mm for 2 years, and never bothered to upgrade to Pentax 12-24mm. when i am searching for the utra-wide one, the price and good feedback drove me to it, and never regreted.

Here is an example:

Have you read Paypal's T's & C's? If you want payment via Paypal, you absorb their charges.
is it really confusing? just wanted to say that it's at buyer's cost for the extra charge if you want to use paypal.

By the way, a local pick-up is also available. I am in Bristol.
and what Peter is saying is that in making such a stipulation you are in breach of your PayPal contract in doing so.[/quote]Thank you for the explianation. I eventaully got your points.

However, shall we look at this from a differenct perspective? For buyers, there is an option to use 'Pay for goods and services' from Paypal. this service does not contract the charge should be 'aborbed' by sellers. or making an agreement for this charge in advance breaks any 'T's&C's'. I presume that your perspective lies in a deal by an registered business seller or shop, and maybe an ebay binded sale.

From my prospective, i do not think that the sellers on this forum who have been using such description would breaking a paypal contract.
