apologies, I've been stupidly busy with work - event coming up - so I've not been here as much as I might have been.
The mode button cover itself is missing. The dial itself continues to function and yes, the mode is shown on the rear. The brick makes for a very nice pocketable combo with a 28/3.5.

You can actually find the part to fix it back on again - https://www.ebay.com/itm/Pentax-K-01-Digital-SLR-Mode-Dial-Replacement-Repair-Pa... is an example - but that price is a bit nuts for a camera of this age and stature.

I'm looking at €10 for postage, I'll cover the rest. Let me know if you're interested, please, and apologies for the delay in responding.
