It's a beautiful shot and the colouring is just perfect.
Funnily enough, I loved the first one, but it was only on seeing the subsequent ones that I could see that the light spots were too harsh and not quite right.

I have no doubt we'll be seeing more

Thanks for the messages and advice guys. Sorry that I bombarded the gallery with lots of photos - Sally I will heed your advice and ask for comments on specific shots by posting where you suggested.
Best wishes,
Adam
I'm sorry, Adam, I must have sounded rather rude It's just that in Your Photos there is really good advice on how (if necessary !) the photos could be improved, whether using a different lens or different PP, and it's a better bet for that than the Gallery.
However, the Gallery is fun because of the great variety of photo and style - very inspiring to try to do better

Welcome to a very friendly forum, Adam. I've learnt heaps since being here so I'm sure you'll enjoy it here.
If you want comments and critique on your photos, you will get more detailed help and information if you post in "Your Photos" on the main forum.
Just my feelings, but I get a bit put off when I find a flood of photos by the same person in the Gallery where comments on photos are more of a general nature.

An interesting photo and I've never seen that condition before. I can imagine the poor thing having a problem picking anything up. It's not easy to see how you could make it easy for him either

The first images are the most striking - that colour is extraordinary !
The last two are interesting because there is that incredible starlit sky with the Northern lights backdrop.

The cropped version is great (they're all really nice photos) as it makes the stars more noticeable.

Absolutely superb - they really capture the atmosphere. Some made me smile !
As for Iggy Pop ...... perhaps he should cover up a bit more

A lovely set of photos. Nice use of lights and reflections and I like the "blueness".
