I'll stick with Jpeg for now, have just been round Ringwood photographing the church (which has probably been done a million times before) althrough there are some quaint buildings, one still has it's bell pull which I'll try and get a shot of.

I like windows 7 apart from the CD burning window issue I was having.

We had Peococks at boarding school, one called Diamond (yes they had names) we did an experiement with (not sinister). We placed a mirror up in front of him in the garden, he stared at for a bit then pecked the reflection and then peered round the back of it with a confused look on his face. I think he thought it must have been another bird.

Get those in Salisbury who are rude and abrupt. I don't mind people talking to me while I work, I had a chat to an eight year old girl who came up to me in the street and said 'cheese', bless her

Life's too short to be miserable.

I liked the glass floor, why can't we have something like that in the UK? I think rooftop gardens are nice.

... I like your effects, what programme did you use?
Thanks for checking them out The programme is Sagelight 4.0, a development of a longstanding older editor that was called Lightbox.

Heres a link to developers site ...link

I have used it for a while now, mainly for RAW conversion, as its is pretty extraordinary in many ways. Like most of these type of editors it has its own style and quirks to how you work on photos ... the main aspect of this one I think is the way it uses 'hidden layers', to non-destructively work on shots, using a different 'layer' for each adjustment.

the effects were just for fun and experimenting for a video project, but I like them so wanted to share
The programme looks American.
