I got lost in the garden at Eden, I loved it. Best experience I ever had...

Tried Gimp but couldn't get one with it. I use a programme called Cyberlink photo director. Anyone know how to do it on there?

Loved the church interior how did you get that one? The big dish is called Arthur, and the other one Merlin.

Do they not have nice weather in Wales?

I'd like a wide angle WR lens but I don't think there is one.
My DA*16-50mm lens is quite wide. And its WR. And its been drenched many times without any noticeable consequences.

I must say though, I would enjoy seeing some of those great shots taken in the rain ..... I assume someone has loads of them of course .....

Good points Stephen, even I realise that it's about adding to the overall practicalities and versatility of an outing in wide ranging conditions ..... One thing though is, let's be realistic about those practical limits. You might not have to worry about spray and drips onto the camera body, but for any actual photography it is the lens front element that is the real limiting factor here ... Unless you want the creative rain soaked effect, began I'd suggest that issue rules most decent shots in such weather. ......
The Da*300mm lens hood is long enough for drops on front element not to get drops on. I took this photo of a heron in the rain

It was deemed good enough to be shortlisted in a national competition too, which can't be a bad sign.

And it was pouring when I took this one, my coat was soaked through waiting for this fox to come out!

I rather like the weatherproofing
These will be a thing of the past with this government. least we have a photo of what they once looked like through, anyway. Does WR lens stop sand?
