I'm a student/under 25 so I get a 50% discount, but even then it still feels a tad pretentious, even though it would probably look like a good boost to the personal statements etc..

Thanks for the quick response, John!
1) I tried to edit the patches but I shot these in JPEG (only took one card, was running out of space) and is proving quite difficult to recover
2) I agree with the space and the highlights, but I can't change the space issue since this was framed as is
3) Do we get a chance to explain these photos? Because part of the reason why I like it because the blurriness gives it a sense of movement

The last one is very surreal and a tad eerie, but the first one also looks good - I think it will look better if the darker tones were dodged a bit..
