Something are better not to be told and by that I give you a great excuse not to say anything since I really don't know who the odd members are here concerning films.

Looking at the top10 then maybe mowog, Pentaxophile, Aero, P_H_I_L_L, me (Anvh), chris_je, PeteL, Pwynnej (great you named Clockwork Orange ) & gartmore.
The rest seem to play in tune quite well and don't look likely to name very strange titles for their top11 to top30, although I could be very wrong with this.

Just for fun my top30 would be in no real order.

1. A Clockwork Orange
2. Se7en
3. Princess Mononoke
4. Spirited Away
5. Ghost in the Shell
6. Millennium Actress
7. The Place Promised in our Early Days
8. The Girl Who Leapt Through Time
9. El Laberinto del Fauno (Pan's Labyrinth)
10. Der Untergang
11. 5 Centimeters Per Second
12. Pale Cocoon
13. The Matrix
14. Star wars (original trilogy)
15. Alien
16. Paprika
17. The Lion King
18. The Dark Knight
19. Fight Club
20. Indiana Jones
21. Ringu
22. The Blair Witch Project
23. Ju-on
24. Marebito
25. Lord of the Rings (extended)
26. Schindler's List
27. The Silence Of The Lambs
28. The Crow
29. Good Will Hunting
30. Kite

Honourable mentions.
- Face/Off
- Braveheart
- Armageddon
- Interdependence Day
- Stargate
- Pulp Fiction
- Gladiator
- Saving Private Ryan
- Pirates Of The Caribbean
- The Sixth Sense
- Terminator
- Back To The Future
- Scream
- Dead Poets Society
- Patch Adams
- Jakob the Liar
- E.T.
- Scarface
- The Game

Somehow the honourable mention list was easier to make then the top30...
I believe I named 50 now...

In no particular order:

Star Wars 1-3
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
The Man Who Would Be King
Withnail & I
Gladiator
Akira
The Matrix (only number 1)
Lord of the Rings 1-3
Aliens (only number 2)
Blade Runner
The Highlander (obviously, only number 1 )
Sin City
The Dark Knight
Watchmen

Hmm I seem to have overshot slightly
Please tell me by 1-3 you mean in order of release not order in the series as a whole...
If you can't say something nice about Pentax, you won't say anything at all.

Mowog - good to see A Short Film About Love there - I haven't seen that film for many years, & it's usually A Short Film About Killing that gets mentioned. They're both excellent films.

Chris_JL - I love Dead Man, & think Night On Earth is exceedingly good (even if I'm biased due to my love of all things Tom Waits), though I am ambivalent when it comes to Jim Jarmusch films in general. He has made some of the best and also some of the worst films that I've seen... Thanks also for an interesting looking list - I'll have to look up some of those films as I've never heard of a lot of them...

I have never been able to get beyond a top three myself, though I'm not sure why...

No order: Mulholland Drive, Moulin Rouge (Baz Luhrmann),& Aguirre, Wrath of God.

As an underrated films sideline, I think that The Frighteners easily surpasses Peter Jackson's later work.

Hey!. If others are sneaking in more than ten, I want a few more, too!

11. Brighton Rock.
12. Alfie. (original)
13. The Wicker man. (original)
14. After the Fox.
15. The chant of Jimmie Blacksmith.
No man is worth his salt, who has not been banned from at least one Forum, and two Flickr groups.

Mowog.

Thank God!

Not sure if it's an urban myth but I remember hearing about someone who edited JarJar Binks out of the more recent Star Wars films, and posted the results online. By all accounts it vastly improved the films (unsuprisingly).

JarJar Binks. If he were an ice-cream flavour he would be pralines and dick (as a tribute to Wayne's World, another film I forgot when compiling my list).

Yes, it's definitely true there is a JarJar-free edit, I've seen it discussed on a few blogs. I think Engadget covered it when it came out.

There's also an edit where someone has cut out all the Natalie Portman appearances (mainly to get rid of all the romantic scenes). It's supposed to be much better

Surely if you cut out JarJar and Natalie Portman, you'd just end up with about an hour and a half of space battles and light sabre fights...........oh, wait, that would be much better! my bad!

Now if we could just get someone to take Anakin Skywalker out of the first one, we might just have an enjoyable.......10 minutes or so.
you don't have to be mad to post here

but it does help
