Firmware update for all existing cameras to allow manual flash control (1/64, 1/4, 1/1 would do) of the pop-up. That's all I ask for

DA 400mm seems likely
What I really would like to see is a longer limited lens something like a 135mm f/2.5
And of course the DA30mm f/1.4 and the 1.4 SDM TC which where promised to us a year ago
As for camera's, a model between the current two, something like what the K200D was and maybe even an higher model then the K7, something like the Canon 7D.

I'm very much with you John, or at least something a bit longer than 300mm. Basically a Pentax alternative to my Sigma 150-500.

There was an FA* 250-600 it would of course fits perfectly in the range with the DA* 60-250 if the remake it into a DA*

The 35 1.8 that was rumoured by someone on DPReview would be nice, and if Nikon can do it on APS-C (when they, like Canon, have a vested interest in upselling people to FF) then Pentax who have declared themselves to be an APS-C company should be able to do it even better. Just PLEASE Pentax don't put an SDM motor in it!

I always wished they hadn't changed the focus screen from the KxxD series. This resulting in a very unpredictable exposure meter using Non A lenses.
That must be a very minor and inexpensive change to do honour to their legacy glass.
Flip side would be less sales on new glass, because much more people would use legacy glass and be happy to pass on the newest models.

I'll second that thought, and if it metered correctly with old glass that would be good too. Perhaps, even (shock horror) an "uncrippled" k mount again. On the subject of focus screens I wish pentax would do their own split screen for their DSLR range.
If they would reintroduce some of their accesories would be useful, like a refconverter (I don't think the A one is still available but I may be wrong), focus rail, AF extension tubes (I know one would want to fine tune focus manually), all that sort of thing.

Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

The 1.4 SDM TC for me, and a DA lens - (prefferably a zoom) which offers a max range of 400mm and is f5.6 wide open.

I'd like them to add a 33% discount on prices across the range.

Proper split focussing screen for all DSLRs priced at £30 or less.
A cheap 35mm prime, say around the £150 mark to compete with the cheap 50mm that Canon and Sony offer. A 35mm would be ideal on digital as it works out close to the field of view of the classic 50mm lens on film.

Another vote for an 80-400 lens. What about a DA 500 lens.
Friendly Regards

I'll put my vote in for an 80-400mm lens, as mentioned elsewhere, which could be sourced through exisiting channels.
Any other ideas?
