For a K20 body only in great shape I'd guess about £300-325. I sold mine a couple of months ago for something around there (A bit worryingly, I genuinely can't remember! I think after a bit of haggling we settled on £320). A GX20 should be a bit less.

Difficult to know really.
LCE in Manchester have a K20D and grip for £399 (no lens).
But they also have a *istDS with an original 18-55mm for £199.
I would say probably £350-400 would be a ballpark figure, depending on condition.
Unless, that is, anyone else has an idea?

Been thinking myself of selling my Kx and getting a K7.
However used ones on SRS sell for £489-£519 (6 months warranty), whilst a brand new one there costs £625 with the 2 year warranty.
Again, used K20/GX20 for around £320-£350, for a little extra you can get used ones off SRS with the added bonus of a 6 month warranty.
Currently 3 GX20's going on ebay ATM as well.

While I don't wish to hijack this thread I will stay ot as much as I can while maybe helping the op as well, You say "it's IQ is in another league, especially taking these into consideration",

Thanks guys, looking at Ebay the K20D with either 18-55 or grip seems to be £350-£400 but if I go for the Samsung its likely I could get the 18-55 and 50-200 kit for the same.. and then there are a few K20D available via dealers for around £400 but at least theres 6 months warranty with those.

Unless Pentax bring out a full frame answer to the Canon 5D Mk 2, then for me the K-5 could easily be my last camera body for a very long time. I had reservations a plenty about the K20D. Poor metering was just one of them, always under exposing by quite a long margin. The AF also hunted and was slow. The K-7 answered most of these issues, but the noise at higher ISO was, for me, a dissapointment.
The K-5 seems to have solved all of the problems. The AF is not a slick as the Nikon or the 7D, I have to agree, but it is good enough for my kind of photography. All I will say to potential buyers is that you would probably stay with the K-5 a lot longer than the K-7, so in the longer term the K-5 would be the cheaper option.
