Well the cash is about to hit my account at midnight and ive finally made up my mind. Im going to get a Pentax K-5 in Black with 18-55mm WR Lens Includes Pentax Zoomster Case + Pentax smc DA 50mm f/1.8 Lens for £850. Would you say that was a good deal ? The Pentax K-5 in Black with 18-55mm WR Lens Includes Pentax Zoomster Case is £639 which is cheaper than Body only in Jessops so im pleased with that deal.

They also offer
Pentax K-5 in Black with 18-55mm WR & Sigma 70-300mm APO Lenses Includes Pentax Zoomster Case for £849

OR

Pentax K-5 With 18-135mm WR Lens Includes Pentax Zoomster Case £889

ive been indecisive all day about which one to go with. Have I got a good deal ?

Im sooo excited

Sounds good, in fact it sounds too good!!

Please do check and double check then triple check the seller, especially if it's an online seller.

Also bear in mind if it's from out with th EU you will have duty, VAT (on item cost plus shipping cost) and handling charges to pay which will be very hefty, I just paid £54 on a Katzeye screen which cost £160.

I know Mathers of Lancashire and they are OK. Not very far from us, so you must be local suzzypoo? Are you a camera club member somewhere?

You'll fins some of us here: www.adaps.org.uk so if you need any help you know where to look!
Best regards, John

There was someone on the forum not long ago praising Mathers.

I bought a back pack from them and they were good, it was a very good deal.

Well one thing I'm pretty sure of is that you won't regret it. The K-5 is a beautiful camera and one that's always just felt right to me from the moment I first held one.

Sounds like a good deal, Well done in choosing a fast fifty over a tele zoom, I think it's much more useful.

Me bad

went back and had another look, it was the K5II I skimmed over.

I'll tell you what though, if you have another £150 to add I would be getting that K5II body only along with the 50 f1.8, you could alway pick up a kit lens here or on ebay for around £30 or WR for £50.

I do have another £150 but to be honest I want to get a new tripod and some other bits.
