No.4 is lovely Maria, one of your expert child photos. The colour is superb and to me there is a vaguely impressionist feel to the photo.

Another delightful portrait Maria. To me there is something magical in the processing of this which I like.

I'll start my 5 in a row on Monday if that is agreeable.

Stan

Wonderful portrait. I'm sure I've seen it before. If it was on EPZ I would think I'd given it a User Award as well. It certainly deserves one!
Best regards, John

Saving the best for last Maria?
A lovely nostalgic feel to this one, wonderful use of Photoshop too.
Everything about this works for me...the colours, the background, the depth of field, the pose and even the vignette.....love it!

Two fabulous portraits - and they are very different too .

I loved the wee boy - you felt he had just been distracted as he was opening the gate and he turned to see who was there.

This one - it's a soft ethereal portrait of a young girl - simply stunning

I think everything that needs to be said has already been said: that last shot is a glorious finale at the conclusion of a most enjoyable week. Thanks for all your efforts, Maria, and I look forward to seeing what Stan conjures from Monday.

This one is just about perfect. It has a lovely warm glow, but avoids the overly yellow look that gold reflectors can sometimes bring. Everything gels here, the colours, the pose, the vignette, the background. I'm not sure you could improve on this Maria.

Thank you for posting a superb and varied set of 5, it was as good as I hoped it would be!

Thank you again and this five in a row has been of benefit to me, not only because of the comments and cc but trawling through my thousands of pics has pushed me in to deleting lots of images so that's a good thing, over to Stan now looking forward to his uploads from Monday
