Just ordered the 100mm 2.8 Macro from SRS, and the £50 discount was applied straight away, so have they changed the system?

I think that is a separate SRS promotion, which has only just appeared.

The Instant Cashback is a new exclusive promotion which gives the following discounts at the time of purchase. It is for lens purchases and uses the voucher codes - pentaxlens25 which allows £25 off lens purchases above £250 and pentaxlens50 which knocks £50 off lens purchases over £500.
This will run until the 15th of February. If you hit the £650 minimum Pentax cashback threshold you also can claim this on top.
