I received mine to day in my bank account, took too long not good enough after spending just under £800 of hard earned money.
Suggest you contact Pentax for a target date and also confirmation that your claim has been logged. You expect in this day and age an email could have been sent to you confirming receipt of your claim.

Hello all, just joined with that cash back problem
Sent mine off on February 9th, Recorded Delivery and spoke to Andrew Mellor about 6 weeks later who confirmed they had received it and it was being processed. Phoned early this morning to find Mr. Mellor "is no longer with the company" and was put through to some outside agency who had no record of my application. They asked that I submit it again so I pointed out that all I had now were two holes in the original packaging!! "I will get head office to phone you back" he said but nothing yet.
Is there anyone else at Pentax who could deal with this?

Update! Gave up waiting so 'phoned again to be put through to a very helpful lady called Kirstead (or Kirsty?) who had apparently handled the previous cash back offer now ended. She couldn't understand why the current offer had been passed to an outside agency either but promised to look into it and call me back. Within an hour she calls, I am advised that the bank transfer has been implemented so job done

Received 2 vouchers myself yesterday, also from Germany. Same deal: £7, £15 or £35 off according to purchase price. Only valid at SRS and until 6 October.

Had a huge run in with Andrew Mellor. Before I bought my K20D and 18-250 lens I asked him what cash back would be allowed. After purchase and submitting the forms I received less. A call to the MD with threats of contacting Watchdog and 20 mins later the full cash back was agreed and later paid.
I would love to do Andrew's appraisal. I don't think they understand their own Terms and Conditions.

I have just purchased a Pentax K7 from SRS, the first thing I did was to jump onto the Pentax to apply for the cash back. I quickly came unstuck on two points:
1 The form was not encrypted (https) and was asking for bank details.
2 They require IBAN & BIC numbers, these I can only get by calling into the bank my account is held with. The bank in question being miles away and does not open on Saturdays.
Has anybody managed to work round this problem or should I just strap some tennis rackets to me feet and head out into the Northumbrian snow drifts in search of a bank.

My bank helpfully includes the IBAN and BIC numbers on my statements.

re cashback could it be that Pentax have sold shed loads of the KM and so because of the workload had to farm out to another company.
