Looks good! I like dancing one ice, better wings than the next one, and the bird somehow looks a bit dorky which i like

I would love a long lens for these kind of shots.
If you are interested there is a regular poster on the RPS website who seems to specialise in Bird photography. Some of his shots are stunning.
Sadly I dont think he uses Pentax equipment.

Thanks for the comments everyone!
Looking forward to some decent light to see what it can really do in the field and pleased with the results with the teleconverter considering it was a 2x TelePlus and I was manually focussing at 1200mm!
Result from the morning try out? Save up for a Pentax 1.7x converter! Then save up for another K-5!

Consider the rippled water to have reach across the BIG POND, and felt here in Canada, by a humbled old lady.

2. Cygnet
600mm, 400 ISO, f6.3, 1/640s
3. Gull?
1200mm, 640 ISO, f6.3, 1/250s !
4. Dancing on Ice!
600mm, 1000 ISO, f5.6, 1/1250s
5. Walking on water!
600mm, 1000 ISO, f5.6, 1/2000s
