Best Bokeh Lens

Would like to see which lens you have you consider to render the best bokeh.
I'm expecting a photo of course.

Before anyone ask what bokeh I mean with that.
I mean how the light distribution across a blur disk, nothing more nothing less.

And please don't argue about the meaning of the word bokeh since we have already done that 5 months ago without really coming to a conclusion.
Well the conclusion was that the word has different meanings at the moment but I've make clear I mean this one, which was the original meaning.

The DFA100 is very decent with the Bokeh but not the best but I don't have any better.

One of my favourites is the Pentax F* 300/4.5 ED [IF]

I also like the results from the FA 100/2.8 Macro:

Nice shots David.
Only with the first one the blurred background is far away and therefore very blurred, making it hard to see how the lens build that blurred area.

The lens formula of the FA100 is almost the some to the DFA100 and I'm glad to see they don't differ that much

This photo was taken with the F*300 also - the background is not too far away in this one - if I get your point about being far away in the first shot?

Yes thank David that one is much better, you can make out the individual blur disks on the right bottom half.
And yes it does look very good

Thank you for the kind comments. To make a direct comparison with the 300 and the 60-250, I will have to wait until May when I go back to the Masia Mara and shoot some more wildlife!
I have not yet use the zoom for any "serious" stuff as the opportunity just hasn't been there.

How does the F*300 compare to the DA*300, the DA must be a bit smaller and lighter to handle right or not?

I'm sure some other members here have some photos for us to compare so don't worry David, we will find out.... hopefully

The DA* I bought from Amin and has not been used other than to test it in the garden, to make sure all was ok with it. Yes much lighter, v.quiet focus action is v.noticeable too after my FA* lenses. Of course the water resistant and dust proof nature of the lens will be good too. Not sure if I will take it with me to Kenya though as 300mm is a little too long for many shots - so hence the 60-250 purchase (Also dust and water resistant) important in a hot dusty and sometimes wet environment...

No more bokeh wonders???
I thought you guys said that Pentax produce one of the finest Bokeh of all so quality enough if you ask me

I wouldnt be right without the good old A50mm f1.7 i have better ones i will add with some m42 lenses etc - the pictures arnt much but the bokeh is good

The FA 50/1.4 ought to feature here somewhere, surely?
