Had to dig the damn car out again this morning - not as much of an issue as the snow was not as heavy as before but still I'm going to whinge about it

Easter soon - woo hoo

You can go off people!

That statement has depressed me so much I need a beer to bring me round to somewhere about normal..

Well...just to depress you even more....it's winter here now and it never gets colder than 27 celsius. (it is raining though) The beer sounds like a good idea, CHEERS!

And to depress me even more you are in my all time favourite country, and one I will never get back to. Enjoy the rain, precious stuff there.

More sun here today, and if that wind had just stopped blowing from the Arctic I could almost have believed it to be spring.

I feel so sorry for the farmers in the UK losing their sheep and new born lambs in the snow. A tragedy.

Time to cheer up HG! Tesco doing litre bottle of Grouse for 14 little gold drinking tokens. Or you could buy the 70 cl bottle for £17.50 Krazee!

Considering that there is no screenwash in the whole of Edinburgh I think Grouse might work.

Wouldn't want to be drinking it though.

Please don't diss Grouse, it may be a blend but I do enjoy an affordable Scottish drink.

That's my excuse any way!

And you can make paella with rice pudding rice...

Finished the rosé, now on a Ghost ship

I do like bank holidays. I get to work so much faster.

The poor motorbike must be feeling very neglected. Not managed to get on all week.

No bank holiday here until Monday. His nibs last in full time employment.
Still sunny and cold here, but that sun has some real warmth to it now, if you can find a spot out of the wind.

I've checked with the Met office. It's not snowing, it's raining. Therefore any snow you see is an illusion.
