Another pointless thread

Hmm, I can't find my spare SD cards. I am only taking the camera, 18-135 lens with CPL and a handful of cards with me. Leaving the netbook behind. Or that was the plan.
Now I can't find the Sandisk wallet I keep them in. Very odd, as it normally lives in my camera backpack.

I can buy a couple of new ones at the airport hopefully, if I don't find them, but the shops may not be open that early!

AH well, back to the search.Sorry for the photo talk .

Gwyn, forgiveness is in the mind of the reader. With a damaged wing a small amount of photo speak is allowed `cos it takes your mind off things! See it`s proven as you can`t find the cards.

Sunny, blue skies, fluffy white clouds and not especially cold. It feels like the start of spring. . At least until it snows again.

Well last year I planted dozens of crocus bulbs in the lawn, the hope being that one spring morning Sue would look out and see a carpet of colour. So far, Valentine's Day has seen two rather weedy crocus flowers, but hopefully if spring is now here the others might soon follow.

I live in hope!

Planted a lot of tulip bulbs in large pots, looks like they are all growing at different rates so as one lot die the next ones will be blooming. Fingers Crossed

It is snowing here. Not a flowering bulb to be seen, not even a snowdrop .
8cms of white stuff due to fall this afternoon, followed by freezing rain. Should make getting to the airport interesting, but hopefully this time tomorrow I will be 20C sun..

Dog safely delivered to the kennel. They were pleased to see him, and later he will be part of a dog breed test for some students. Not fair as none of them will have heard of his breed.

Still can't find those SD cards though .

Like the £25000 I mislaid last week...

All is packed. The snow seems to have finally stopped, but it is freezing again and black ice is a real problem. A gritter has just come up the street again. I'm sure once we get onto the motorway we'll be fine.

Can't find the cards. I assume they are hiding with my old Nintendo Ds which I was going to take for the grandkids to play with.

I will miss page 1000 which should come up while I'm away. Crack open the champagne and have a glass for me .

I'm going to try and have a snooze this evening so probably won't post again until next week.
