I hope the weather stays benign, I'll be on the roof of a 3 storey repairing a roof light. At least I can get out through it.
I think I'll call in Screwfix and get a harness and rope etc as the slope is about 45 degrees. Much too early to cash in the life insurance.

I would appreciate a few days dry weather - I need my front porch roof re-roofed. It's not leaking , but must be done this year.

Well it's Sunday and nobody posted yesterday!
Who would think filling in a job aplication form could be so stressful?
The council have altered there app forms, meaning my saved one is no longer useable. I'm having to enter everything the hard way, and they want 'competencies' relating too rather than the usual 'I've worked and done stuff' essay!

Back to normal now the twins have been returned to mum and dad. Fish chips n mushy peas doing their bit for body maintenance and a bottle of Talisker looking better than ever. Three days next week freezing to death at Cambridge airport, oh what fun. Now where are the thermal undies.
