I noticed Honesty pop up here. Knew she had to be your Honesty HG.
I've spent the day painting and fitting three new doors. More to do tomorrow, and doubtless on Tuesday too. It all started with me saying the hall needed freshening up. Before I knew it we had a new ceiling, and a new ceiling light, 3 new doors, new flooring (still waiting to be laid) and new wallpaper (still waiting to be hung). New cupboard due from Ikea sometime this week, and a new radiator cover to be bought and constructed.
All I wanted to do was paint the walls .
On a brighter note we've just enjoyed a lovely roast rib of beef. I found it lurking in the freezer, from goodness knows when. No freezer burn so I thought I'd thaw it and try it.
Delicious, washed down with a good Rioja.
