I'm coming to the conclusion you are just cantankerous.
That seems to be one of the defining factors on this thread...

...that and beer...

.......now where did I put that bottle opener?

Sorry, post deleted. T&Cs specifically ask us not to ask for sponsorship, charity events, etc.

30,000 People turned up to the party for the opening of the mirror pool in the centre of Bradford today. CLICKY!!

I wasn't daft, I let my colleagues deal with it, all 4 of them, while I patrolled the rest of the third largest metropolitan district in the UK.

A good time was had by all, so I was told.

Well, I certainly enjoyed it!

The glass of wine when I got home was more than welcome...

Wedding was an astounding success! The Photographers were using Canon and the rest of us were using an assortment of cameras, Mrs Snap using her new Lumix. I enjoyed the event so much I even had a glass of wine as well as the obligatory glass of champagne for the toasts. Weather remains very good so barbecue this afternoon, I may push the boat out and have a glass of lager.

Why do we have to go through this clock change stress twice a year.

Reset my small walk around camera, the wife’s camera and my K10, given up trying to reset the K5, mission impossible I think, will also have to make time to take the car into the dealer to get that clock reset.

Much simpler when we just had to move the hands of a clock forward or backward.

Take care.

The car clock is the easiest to change on the astra. Turn on radio, tune into a bbc channel, clock updates automatically. My argument for constant GMT is "it's British Made" and we have so litle else left now.

Chucking it down in Malaysia, so GP start delayed. The track is awash.

Yes I still get live GP coverage, without resorting to Murdoch..

Changed nearly all the clocks here before going to bed last night. Most do it automatically but some don't. The worst for me is the cooker clock which is a pain. The camera, phone etc are easy.

I never bother with the clock in my car. Forgot the heating controls, but that is just one push of a button so that is set now too.

What sort of car do you have that you have to get the dealer to change the clock???

Mercedes Benz car clocks change themselves without the tiresome effort of switching on the radio

However changing the one on the Smart is so Byzantine that I almost don't bother.

The one in the kitchen is so high up that I have to bring in laddders from the garage which usually takes about three months.

All this talk of clocks reminds me of when I worked for the BBC. We were in Iceland on a shoot and I noticed one of the sparks wearing two watches. He told me one was on Iceland time and the other on UK time! How on earth did he cope with Ohms Law?

I'm seeing a Kellogs Coco Pops advert on the right proclaiming 'NOW WITH VITAMIN D', then in tiny letters '11g of sugar in every 30g portion'

I'm only posting here to avoid taking a picture for this weeks competition...

If I get all the kit in from the garage I might as well get the ladders as well and change the kitchen clock...

A Peugeot 3008 crossover. Bought it new last November, so clock was set correctly at GMT, trouble is you have to go into the on board computer system to set the clock, which I am afraid to touch, as there are things like cruise control, speed limiter, auto engine stop start when driving in traffic, etc, all mind blowing.

Only clocked up one hundred and ten miles, to date, so don’t really know how any of these technical things work.

I have asked myself, why did a technophobe purchase such a car.:

Take care.

My Freelander goes in for servicing tomorrow so I've not changed the clock in it [ it's complicated ] Mind you it was an hour out - so it should be OK now - till the blasted clocks change again.

Most of my other things change themselves - a terrific help

Cameras will be done tomorrow when I've peace and quiet after Freda has gone
let the education continue

The alarm clocks that project onto the ceiling are great..... I
didn't think they would be

Took me all afternoon moving the ceiling forward an hour though!
