You might be interested in this page belonging to another guy on the Wirral who has nestcams and free software, videos etc. Last time I looked he had used a TV Sender to transmit the nestbox cam to the house via a shed.

I used to use his Routerstats progam before I changed over to Virgin Broadband.

Thanks for the heads up though

Is it just me or is Saturday evening TV dire at the moment?

I don't much care for games shows, soaps and the like, give me a good light drama.

Not the dross that's been on, in general, this evening!

I think it's a plot to get people out the house and back into the pubs at the weekend. It doesn't seem that long ago it was worth watching the tv at the weekend, something for all the family.
Another gripe I have is why everything that is worth watching is broadcast at 2100hrs. Even with the possibility of recording two channels while watching a third isn't enough. It's ok if the programme is repeated at a later time/date.
Have a nice day
Regards
Stan

Repeats, now the BBC has 4 channels it's getting as bad as Dave (the TV Dave that is, not any body here!) at repeating things.

The independant channels are as bad, I noticed the same film on 4 different channels over 2 weeks!!

What ever happened to 'more channels means more choice'?

On a brighter note, literally, the suns out and it's a fine day.

I wonder which channel will be the first to show more
adverts than programs?

Some are already showing up to 6.5 mins. four times an
hour that's getting on for 26min/hr

I concur - we haven`t watched Saturdays for weeks now - DVDs from Lovefilm or pre-recorded stuff on the V+ are the order of the day - there is absolutely nothing worth watching and as Barrie says - Sundays are no better apart from Homeland.....................
Roll on the lighter nights and let`s get out there !

We have had a couple of tits sent round by the estate agents - this one left his wife outside on the Berberis whilst he had a peck around - came back 3 or 4 times and I definately think they are interested !

Seemed like a nice couple and the house is adequate for them, with nice neighbours, colour cable tv,fully furnished and close to all amenities.

So my dad just phoned me 5 mins ago .. he is 76 and has been after a 10" tablet for a while. Anyway, he heard on the radio today that because of the Ipad 3 being released very soon there is likely to be a glut of Ipad 2's on Ebay so could I keep an eye out and if I see one for a good price then buy it and he will give me the money.

No problem says I ... how much do you want to spend?

After a few moments thought he replied ... oh about £100, no more.
