26 degrees here today.

Webers are brilliant. We've had one for a few years now. We often fire it up for New years Eve too.

My son has a Cobb, which is a brilliant little thing.

Love barbecues .

Typical Dutch though that when it falls on a Sunday it is moved to the Saturday - anywhere else would move it to the Monday .

Next year is a disaster - Christmas, New Year and Koninginnedag all in the weekend . Everywhere else will have compensating days off, but not here, which given we only get 7 days public holidays is a scandal imho.
At least we have 8 here. When I lived in Europe (the over/under the channel bit) you guys always seemed to be having public holidays

PS Still raining by the way...

David

Talking of Barbies, and for the enlightenment of non UK Residents, did you see that news report of a guy in England who was charged with being drunk while driving…he was in an electric Barbie Car 4ft long and belonging to his ….son!

Mayday that's a common held belief. But here at least we don't. And many countries don't have compensating days for those which fall in a weekend. The Dutch are known to be stingy though so we can't expect anything else .

ISO yes I heard of that. I was wondering how he fitted in the thing, never mind about being able to drive it.
