My better half had a go at fly fishing when we were in Scotland.

She said it was frightening when she heard the fly whizz past her ear!

Cheers, HG

Oh I just bought a dog named Jackie, it's a Australian Shepherd puppy and I saw it in the shop half a year ago and loved it but didn't had the money... in that half year hold it 4 times or so and it was the last one for all the time... now I hold it again in the shop and couldn't let it go any more

What kind of a shop sells dogs? Strange! Do they just sit there waiting for someone to buy them and what happens to those that don't get sold? Is there a Korean restaurant round the corner?!

Yes I'm hopefully, it's for my internship but I've send a letter right before the ash cloud so I think it got stuck because of that, I'm hoping to hear something soon or else i will call them.

This man's best friend doesn't need food, it's a cuddle designed by Karin de Lorenzo and produced by Stieff.

Thank you HG, Will take some pictures of him soon, finally a subject that does sit still
Later I would get a real one though most likely a Saarloos if the better half approves.

Some Pentax photos of the Saarloos.

Funny you should say that Andrew !! Last year I was fishing off St.Catherine`s Pier and a woman stepped in my already tangled line which was across the walkway.Ha ha ! I spouted hoping for recognition - you are the first thing I`ve caught today - her reply is not suitable for a family forum but her hubby smirked quietly as she stormed off.

Eh Ho ! Such is the life of an angler !! Or in my case - a serial worm drowner !!!
