Another pointless thread

So Clarkson and Top Gear, not content with parking their electric cars in disabled spots have been now been caught red handed fiddling the report on them.
But does the BBC respond? or even report this? No.
Clearly one rule for Clarkson and one for the rest of the Beeb.
I'm glad I only pay a small royalty fee to the Beeb, an not a TV licence.

Hmm... Top Gear is one of the few programs I watch. Yes it is nonsense (a kind of car-porn really) but it is fun!

And I don't for a second think that any of it is unbiased or unscripted, but that is what makes it unmissable viewing - it's one of the funniest scripts on TV!

They blatantly lied about the electric cars, and not for the first time, and those lies gets shown around the world, and believed because it is a BBC programme.

It annoys me that the BBC allows them to break the clearly stated guidelines.

Plus the ridiculous amount Clarkson gets paid.

Nobody 'believes' Top Gear.

Everyone knows that it is not a serious motoring programme but a light entertainment show with three presenters larking around.

Is there an add on to XP or a 3rd party freeware solution?

Windows never had that even though earlier computers did. You used to be able to answer N each time it asked or just keep the N Key pressed down until the copying finished. You can still get Winfile free.

NT4 Winfile will work to a certain extent with XP You need the install from here: http://www.mdgx.com/files/FMNT32.EXE
Streets ahead of XP Explorer even though bits of it don't work.

Just run it to install. You also need the FMStepup FREE extension which
may already be in the installer. Details here link

The main info page is here, but you can ignore most of it:

Thanks Bret/Algi I'll investigate these options as I gone back to manual backups.

I discovered that the Western Digital automatic backup doesn't include .exe files and a few other types so I'm missing some of the data/files I've collected

My dad had a black "thing" that looked like that back in the 50's - used to take 120 film but as he got 620 film cheaper he 'modified' the spools by pushing a nail through them until they fitted the camera - happy days

with robocopy, try either:
mirror: robocopy /mir
Copy new stuff: robocopy /s /e
Copy new stuff up to x days old: robocopy /s /e /maxage

I use it a lot for keeping my 3 MP3 collections sync'd.

Yes it's a 120 camera, soviet made and now copied By LOMO in china.

They ask a fortune for one, this was £5!!!

As you can see I couldn't say no!

I bought a 166U new in the mid 1990s, cost me £30. I think that was about right, considered as a source of entertainment rather than a camera!

That seems to be the view, they're described as 'toy cameras' now.

Though what a child would make of one I have no idea!!

The current LOMO company are still making an updated (outdated?) version so...

I know the original Lubitel 166 wasn't anything like that, it was a proper TLR (with the usual caveats about Soviet cameras).

I just find the whole lomography thing deeply bemusing, especially the prices. You can buy a very tidy and fully functional ME Super for less than most of these toy cameras, you'll get far better results too.

I have to agree Barry. Sometimes you get the feeling that people are obsessed with cameras and photography.

I think Pentax should branch out into the beer market, thereby increasing profits enormously amongst forum members. The question is what sort of beer would it be?

My money is on Mild!
