OK, for the golden oldies amongst us;
When the white eagle of the North is flying overhead
The browns, reds and golds of autumn lie in gutter, dead
Remember then, that summer birds with wings of fire flaying
Came to witness springs new hope, born of leaves decaying,
Just as new life will come from death, love will come at leisure
Love of love, love of life and giving without measure
Gives in return a wondrous yearn of a promise almost seen
Live hand-in-hand and together will stand on the threshold of a dream.
Who spoke this?
Regards

I think I am, therfore I am, I think.
Also From the same album Threshold of a Dream.
Did you also know that Graeme Edge is the only original band member left, though he himself admits that he thinks of the pre Hayward and Lodge Moodies as just another band that he was in.
Right, I'm off to listen to Threshold of a Dream right now

It's actually Mike Pinder doing the talking, though it was written by Graeme Edge.

Well corrected Gwyn, though its obvious it's not Graeme Edge, theres a distinct lack of the Brummie accent not that its true Brummie, bit of midlands in there too.

That was to easy for you, guys and gals.
I am transferring all our old LP's and cassettes on to the computer, so there could be more questions coming.
Keep tuned.

But to quote the moodies for photography.
Beauty I've always missed, with these eyes before.
Just what the truth is, I can't say anymore. (That will be Photoshop then)

To continue with Colins idea heres one from my second fave band (Moodies will always be on top) and I cant tell you who it is cos' it'll be too easy:
She didn't speak much English language...
(she didn't speak much anyway).
She wouldn't make love, but she could make good sandwich
and she poured sweet wine before we played
