No, that wedge is for men only. Girls won't be listening to their voice. trust me on this Stefan.

Good clip from TG.

I once tried a vibrating bed in a motel in the US. Waste of a quarter.

That's what i meant indirectly.
The wedge Pentaxophile was thinking about is for girls only and the supplied link from TG tells you why

Thanks 'spider but...

I know Amex can be dodgy that's why I have the SAGA Visa card.

I'm currently attempting a repair to the slide projector.

I've ground out the melted bubbly bit from the plastic lens and filled the hole with superglue, inspired by car windscreen repairs. I don't think it'll work but I've got nothing to lose by trying!

Failing that I note that it's possible to buy a mint little-used Leica projector (which takes the magazines we already have a pile of) for about £40.

Good luck DM.

The Lieca looks a good deal, anything with that name on is usually sold at a premium.

Bad news tonight is that my daughter, Honesty, has lost my Optio E50 at uni.

Still, that gives me a good excuse to get a new i10 from SRS...

Shame about your E50.

I'm getting a tasteful lime green RZ10.

I didn't like the orange (which SRS seems to call red), hated the lilac, and didn't want boring white or black, which left lime (or apple in Pentaxland) green. At least I should be able to find it easily .

Looks a nice little camera to slip in a pocket for dog walks.

I know, I was amazed to see anything with a Leica badge that cheaply. I guess so few people want slide projectors now that it isn't worth their while asking more.

I don't really need one as I can scan the slides, but I'd like a decent projector as you can see so much more detail on the big screen than you can from blowing up the results from a fairly cheap scanner. It's fine up to about A4 but that can't compete with projecting them 4ft high on the screen.

DM - sorry if I misunderstand what you are doing, but please be careful about getting superglue hot - it can produce very nasty fumes.

Here's a thing. I went out shopping earlier and the fridge is now full. The problem is that I have one bottle of Fuller's ESB and there is no room for it. I can only think of one place to put it. I know it's a school day tomorrow but...

Looked at the RZ10, can't justify the extra and wouldn't know which colour to go for Gwyn, hence the i10, probably in black.

I was eyeing a Lieca III body this afternoon, it's a good price but I don't know if I could justify it.

Hmm, it's not likely to be a problem as the superglue fix just isn't working (it turned into a thick paste rather than setting, also it has gone opaque)!

New projector it is then - will see what I can find in a week or so.
