So that's where it is! No Wensleydale in Tesco yesterday, had to get Lancashire instead (runs for cover as Yorkshire folk rise up in anger...)

We only get it adulterated with cranberries.
Not a cheese lover anyway but His Nibs is.

SWMBO likes Wensleydale with cranberries - I'm not (with or without the berries).
K-3 II, K-3 and a K-70 from SRS (having now relegated the K-30 /"K-50" to a backup body) , & some Sigma and Pentax lenses (and a lot of old 35mm gear!)

we get it from a local hotel supplier who's started selling to the public..

..it was that or go bust for them...

...and after this is al lover they're going to carry on supplying private customers.

Things are going to change, and their veg/provisions are better than most big concerns.

We are getting a weekly delivery of fruit and veg from an organisation that normally supplies restaurants around Brighton and up to London area but can't at the mo for obvious reasons. They started this in order to keep going and the fact they were already lined up with growers supplying them. Their carrots have so much taste to them!

Talks about talks have tentatively started for the next communal bulk order of beer from the Piddle brewery. Another company that has adapted to survive. Their beer has so much taste to it!

Mrs Lubbyman is in charge of vegetables, they have been magically arriving on the doorstep at irregular intervals for the last few years.

But nothing can beat the taste of rhubarb freshly picked from the garden, cooked immediately and served with custard . Except, perhaps, the same rhubarb cooked and served as a crumble (note to self, have a word with Mrs L. about crumble...)

Funny that Steve I've just picked some rhubarb. As for cheese I'm a Stilton man myself.
CHEERS Vic.
Born again biker with lots of Pentax bits. Every day I wake up is a good day. I'm so old I don't even buy green bananas.

Don't like rhubarb. Never have. Our daughter-in-law is allergic to it.

We both like beer though. Continuing to support our local brewery.

June 1st things start opening up here, restaurants, cafes etc. Reservation only inside, 1.5metres apart outside. I shan't be joining the rush though.
Today is a bank holiday. June 1st is a bank holiday. Daft day to open things up but there you go.
No more bank holidays until Christmas after that.

Had to wait until photos taken... tasted good as well

Apologies if this isn't pointless enough!

Hadn't thought of that, but now you've mentioned it... it is definitely there.
