I can't recommend the broken rib diet - I'm heavier now
Actually I'm not sure what the damage is as I got bored waiting after 3.5 hours waiting in a&e and went home - nearly sorted now and nearly 5 weeks on

I like it!
We have some similar from Heysham where the ferry looks like it is in the middle of the mudflats adjacent to some parked cars.

Hope alls going well Barrie, I'll keep the beer flowing for you..
...As for VR, I said no, after all if they'd let me have it last time I would have finished on Monday the 9TH.
I can always re-apply later, they're taking applications up to 31st March 2017!
I could go then, 2 years pay better off and 2 years more in the pension pot, but who knows what'll happen in the near future?

Two weeks to pass a 17lb gallstone! Was that down to constipation or procrastination?

Happy St Patrick's Day
link is to my photography website homepage where I'm using the fullscreen layout for some St. Patrick Day photos. It's a great use of a fullscreen styled website I think

Happy St Patricks day Pa. I'm on my phone right now but will look at your site later.
A quick question for all of you. I have just spent a frustrating time trying to connect my new toy to our home network. It kept saying the key was incorrect. Eventually I realised the keyboard was set wrongly, to UK English, not international. So the problem was with the tilde ~. I was pressing shift and the leftmost key, before the 1. That is where the tilde is shown and where I expect to find it.
So now my question - where is the tilde on a UK keyboard?
I have trouble with the keyboard resetting on my pc so when I think I have typed an @ I have typed something else entirely. Really annoying, and I can't see a way of getting rid of the UK English keyboard. Should have realised sooner what the problem was on my lovely new orange toy.

With the # sign - right hand end of the middle row of alpha keys. It's a shift key.

Hmm. My # is over the 3. How weird is that.
Anyway I think I now have the keyboard on the new Yoga set to US international which is what matches the actual keyboard. It is busy doing 73 critical updates at the moment.

Does your Yoga have a physical or virtual keyboard? Not sure it should make any difference, but...
I haven't been following this thread so don's know what you've bought.

It has a physical and a virtual keyboard. I have the Yoga 3 11inch. brand new model, hot of the press.
I guess they just make keyboards differently for the UK, like they do for France and Germany, while we get the US one, with the benefit of a euro key.
Anyway the Yoga has finished it's updates so now I can get to know it a bit.
It is a replacement for my old Samsung netbook, which His Nibs has now converted to Ubuntu.

Nice. How you getting on with Win 8.1? It has a physical and a virtual keyboard. I have the Yoga 3 11inch. brand new model, hot of the press.

I can recommend the gallstone diet, I lost 17lbs in two weeks
Thanks, but I think I will stick to more traditional, and less painful, ways of losing weight .
