The problem for me with most coffee machines is that they don't produce hot coffee.

The answer we found was a coffee percolator. These may be more time consuming to set up, but the coffee is hot and it's damn fine coffee at that.

There's no need to drink luke-warm coffee
It can be re-heated in a microwave in just 5-10 seconds!

Whitby was manic today. There were so many people trying to cross the swing bridge traffic was not allowed on to it.

Definitely more spectators than Goths and Togs put together.

IMHO the best coffee is stove top expresso ..hot and strong without the stewed stale flavour of a cafetiere...jeff

Good to see you there Barrie, bit disappointed that you didn't join us in costume...

...and a camera that fits in a pocket is definitely a pocket camera!

Even if it is a K5+40mm and a BIG pocket...

The big let down on Saturday in Whitby were the shipped in idiots only there to drink as much booze as possible and shout insults at the few who were there for the weekends main reason.

And I only had one drink all day, tea and coffee being in more need!

Has anybody heard from spider lately?
Cheers, HG
