I don't have a problem. I was born on St. George's day, but nobody bothers with celebrating that.

My big brother was born on St George's day too. He always thought the flag was flying for him when he was little apparently.I don't have a problem. I was born on St. George's day, but nobody bothers with celebrating that.

Some people have no consideration.
Prince George was born on my stepson's 18th, right in the middle of his party.
(Well not literally. That would have been unhygenic and unbefitting of a future monarch. But you know what I mean.)
i often wonder what foreign people make of the Scottish phrase 'Away and answer the door I'm in the middle of my tea'. Some people have no consideration.

It's the greeting from the person answering the door that shows such generosity "Come in, you'll have had your tea"

I started my new (and first ever proper) job yesterday
I'm on the School Direct course at Dallam secondary school ad it is one heck of a lot posher than I'm used to!
The only thing they put on the quiz about new staff that was about me was that I went to 'an academy that used to be in special measures'... not sure what to think of that really
