As far as I can see the buyer has no comeback either as the item is as described technically.

He's charged £10 for p&p (insult to injury) so all he's got to do is provide the printed version - it'd be very hard to prove how many MP went into its make up...

The original image may have been 18Mpixel but the received picture is highly unlikely to be.
Put it this way, if this got to me as a paypal/ebay adjudicator I know which way I'd decide.
(I'm clutching at straws .......)

I would write it off as an art purchase, most artwork goes up in value under the right circumstances...I wonder if the photo's value as art work would go up if the original artist was to die. A horrible, disfiguring, make the evening news type of death.

The words cheeky and thieving spring to mind.
The camera listed is the one he took the picture with, not the one in the picture and he does state it's a picture in the title but no where else.
He's playing on peoples greed for a bargain and bringing ebay into a position of ill repute, surely they should give the buyer his cash back and ban the rip off merchant!!

He does say at the bottom of the listing that it's only a picture, not the actual camera.
But I'm really not in the mood to be fair to someone who is, in ethical terms, committing fraud.
