I have been a bit under the weather recently but finally seem to be getting better so decided to go for a stroll in the local park (camera accompanied, of course). Here's a selection. All with K1 and HD 24-70.

I like the sunburst in no1 and the compo of no2 - a pleasant stroll.
Hope you are fully on the mend?

Thank you guys. I certainly enjoyed the walk and even though am proper tired now, I wouldn't have been able to do it last week. I have a couple of shots that I didn't upload here but will do so in the gallery.

I love that fine dog portrait, and I find the compositional pattern symmetry of no. 4 very visually appealing, nice work!

These look good Naim.

There has been some suggestion that this particular lens is not living up to expectations on the K-1. Is that misplaced, do you think?

I am no techy but I recently compared it with the FA31, while previously I had done the same with the DA* 16-50 (using a different camera) - the difference in quality wasn't as pronounced as with the latter. I am sure people with a lot more knowledge about optics will have more to say about it.

That first one with the starburst is my favourite .... great autumn feel and colour!

Now, instead of that dog, I wish you'd been game enough to get portraits of those two buggy mums!

By the time I saw those two women, they were already well past me so I could only shoot them from where I was.
