What do you mean 'freeze on the sd card' ?? Do you mean the video freezes on the LCD while you are recording? Or while you are playing back? Are you playing back in the camera, or on your computer via a card reader?

The image momentarily freezes on playback on the computer via the card reader, then catches up and continues to play... following your post, I played it back on the camera and was relived to see it plays just fine.
