I never got around to reposting my DA* after getting a brand new lens hood and lens cap. So now the lens is in mint condition with no scratches / marks that I can see. Comes with the lovely DA* lens cover, original box and papers. Just a FYI the box is a bit damaged, but it's still in one piece. I put her up on a well know auction site, but will cancel it for a forum'er. I was asking £600 on ebay shipped, but will do it for £535 for someone on the forum.

Let me know if anyone is interested / wants pics with the lens or of the lens. She is a real bute but I've got my 70-200mm siggy now so the DA* won't find much use.

Hah! Yeah, I could have but what would have been the fun there? I'm hours away from handing in the corrected version of my thesis so I'm a real lazy bum right now.

mikew68 asked if I could test the camera out, so I've got to go find a source for batteries after I've handed in (tomorrow @ 3pm). I'm assuming that he's interested in the event that I'm able to get it up and running. Seems like such a faff for me though - I'd rather just send the camera off and if it doesn't work refund the person in full and let them keep it. But that's a curtsy I'd only feel comfortable extending to people who've been on the forum for a while.

Before starting my new job I thought I might be able to do some more event shots ... well I was wrong as I've just got no time. So I'm going to be selling my METZ 45CL-1 with a lovely metal carrying case. The battery pack does not have NIMH's in it, but you can buy those quite cheap as it's just AA batteries.

Tried to do some research into price for this, and the cheapest I can find it is £150 without a case. So I'm looking for £95 + actual shipping costs including the lovely metal case. Willing to do trades as well if you've got something interesting as well - mainly interested in older higher-quality MF prime lenses.

The flash is in near new condition while the case looks like it's been used (put in trunks / storage) but the foam inside is still perfect. Flash also comes with a diffuser which normally costs extra cash.

Comes with case and I think there is a roll of film in there. I've got no idea how much these things go for, but as there is a lens included I would figure £25 + shipping for the lot would be fair. Lens is a Sigma 35-70mm f3.5-f4.5 'multi coated made in japan'. Camera also has a great retro strap on it.
