A while back someone apparently hacked into my eBay account, not for a scam but to spam. A Chinese company seemimgly was sending spam looking for distibutors using the Ask Seller a Question feature. What did intrigue me was that their obviously spamming message got polite, negative responses from several people. All the sent replies were sitting in My Messages. eBay notified me that the account had been stopped until I reset the password: of course I thought their message was a spoof at first! Since then I check my account occasionally to ensure there are no strange messages around.

I first went digital with a Panasonic FZ-27 which was, and is, excellent. Its good automatic performance can be replaced by full manual. I think current version is FZ-28.

I've been using Search and found an old post I wanted to follow up.

When I clicked on the link to it in Search I got redirected to the new Forum Home Page.

So I guessed what forum it had been in, went there, went back to the page with the date shown in Search, found the post, clicked on it … and got redirected to the new Forum Home Page.

Am I missing something here or is this another of the recent improvements?

Pentax don't make them, but they will not have taken supplier selection lightly. Just think how it would look if a Pentax camera running on a Pentax battery were to blow up.
I suspect Apple had also taken supplier selection seriously when they used Sony for those laptop batteries which later showed a tendency to burst into flames.

I have found the 7 Day Shop offerings OK despite their lower capacity and also this one with a higher capacity than Pentax.

Gwyn,

I would only expect a query at the BA desk if the clerk had doubts about a bag getting through Security. If it is challenged at Security and won't go in the frame there it won't go in the cabin with you.

I always play safe, the last thing I want to do is to have to go back and check a pack with camera and laptop in it.

Do not test … at F32. It will show up every minute imperfection … Test at F22 or F16 instead.

I have read this often and observed it in experience, but in my simplicity I don't understand why small apertures make dust on the sensor more visible. Please can someone enlighten me?
