I keep meaning to look to see if they have updated our house and grounds on Google earth, the lake has been filled in and part of the east wing demolished

No wonder we didn't recognise you, you look far to young to be involved in such goings on

Where is your camera? What an opportunity to advertise Pentax.

I can think of better ways to spend a day off work

I've found one in the bottom of a box. I'd forgotten I had it, didn't realise it was worth so much

I am truly impressed with Amazon.

Just brilliant.
So far I've always been impressed with Amazon and always use their free p/p whenever possible. The few "Third Party" sellers have been good too and deliver on time. 7dayshop can be hit or miss with delivery but usually never in that much of a hurry for items to be delivered.

I have no affiliations with the above companies except as a satisfied customer

I remember when working down the pit me and my marra were having a nap when I was awoken by the under manager's yardstick being poked in my chest. Obviously I gave curse and he said "Do you know who I am", with great presense of mind I nudged my marra and said "Wake up, there's a bloke here doesn't know who he is"

They usually ask if I have dual fuel and would I be interested in changing

When this happens to me I play along and their little faces light up and they get all excited. Then I ask them what day they deliver logs and they get a bit miffed - why - isn't wood a dual fuel

Bernard
I love it but it is rather cruel
