Why would you want to do that?
I must say, my own PP approach is generally limited to a little tweak of contrast and levels, and cropping/straightening.
Oh, and of course sharpening if I have resized the image.
Personally I hate manipulation for the sake of it, as in the 'keyboard' example you mentioned earlier. Again the question I ask myself is 'why do that?'

This may seem a stupid question but would a photo that had been posted in the main gallery a month or so ago be acceptable? The reason I ask is although I have images in my archive that would sometimes fit the bill for these comps, apart from the fact they were taken in my pre Pentax days,so have not so many pentax ones yet, but some of the ones I thought might do and are taken with a pentax I have posted earlier in the main gallery.
I hope other members will say yes or no to this.
