I have sent some of my pictures to FIAP 2013/131 NATURE DIGITAL PHOTO SALON, that was an internatinal competition. There were three categories: General-Colour, General-B&W and Nature. Two pictures of mine were accepted in the two General categories. The pictures will be added to the digital catalogue of the exhibition. I am proud of them and I am really glad.

The pictures were amazing as always. But the effect of the transition wasn't the better IMHO. Sorry my friend.

Sorry Yves but you're wrong. The Samyang lens isn't usable with the FF bodies. It isn't only vignetting but the whole lenshood is seen at the edges of the frame.
Otherwise this lens is great with its nearly 180 degrees view angle and it has a good value for money.

It depends on that where would you like to use the scanned pictures. The OpticFilm series of the Plustek is the best in the resolution (7200dpi/48bit), it's perfect for print. But it isn't too cheap.

Hi Gábor

Thanks. I did have a quick look to see if any members lived in Budapest, but missed you! You certainly have a beautiful city, especially at Christmas and the best Opera House/Theatre we have ever been to.
Thanks for your praising words. Then next time.

Lovely pictures, my favourite is the first one. If I had known you were coming then I would have shown you some interesting places in Budapest.
