Always thought that the "great north east" of UK was Grampian region? Sorry for being a bit pedantic.

Hi from Aberdeen, we pentax loons & quinies seem to be far scattered in Scotland. Anyone know of any Pentax stockists in Scotland?, or even a good camera shop where you can see a range of accesories...i.e. bags, tripods...etc.

Just to add my tuppence worth, after a bit of research I recently bought the Metz58. First class flash and so far good results. Main reason was the secondary flash and build quality. Mind you I did upgrade from a Jessops 360, so I was bound to see a big improvement.

Hello again, and thanks for the advice. Taking on board all comments, and extensive online research i have taken the plunge and bought the Metz58. As we have no camera shops in Scotland had to rely on online shopping and a word of praise is due to SRS, called one day to ask some questions, ordered online and was delivered the next morning. Not used it in anger yet, but will try and post some results/comments.

Feel sorry for the people losing their jobs, especially when the CEO who only joined last May has received a &500K BONUS.....for what?

The problem up here in Scotland is we dont appear to have any decent photography shops left. (Not that Jessops was decent)

Bought a Jessops 360 flashgun last year with my K100D and have to say have been very dissappointed with the results....very under exposed and 5 shots taken in same conditions, i.e indoors, have varying degrees of exposure. To the best of my knowledge it does not have P-TTL or Auto. Have decided to but either Pentax or Metz.
