moneys tight at the mo as im off on holiday Monday so it looks like the kit lens is the only one I'll be using im off to wales so im sure ill find a few photo opportunities as long as the rain keeps off
i spent yesterday afternoon out and about for the first time with my k-r .and i was astounded at the quality of the pics even tho i haven't a clue what im doing lol far more superior than my hs10

going out today to buy a new memory card
iv already got a 8gig class 4
but after reading some of the comments i think class 10 is more suited
what i want to know is does it matter if i get a non branded card
maplins have a unbranded 8gig class 10 for £7.99
if i was to go for a well known name i probably be paying double
so is cheap the better deal in the long run ?

well i got my K-R
now im thinking about buying another lens
i don't want to fall into the trap of buying lenses just for the sake of it
and then finding that ill never use them
im going to be taking pics mainly of landscapes and portraits
can anyone recommend a decent one

hi all
just to let to know i got the camera
i walked into curry's today with my eyes closed scared to look in case it had gone lol
but no it was still there
and to cap it all i thought it was £249
it wasn't it was £229
the manager said he couldn't understand why it had been there so long
with no interest
i think it's because the curry's i went to is just outside of the merry hill center and they got one inside the center so more people go to the one inside
iv got my 12 month warranty plus brought another 2 year one
just hope the weather is ok tomorrow going to try it out
