Why I like ICM.....you never know what you'll get. In this one I used an up/down..left/right movement. I didn't plan it, but apparently the backlighting of the pine trees/branches created the angles.A big like from me!!

Odd man out I guess, as I prefer the 2nd. In the first there's some nice little details in the foreground, but the elephant in the room (dark bluff), and the leading line created by the water's edge, immediately draws my eye away from the foreground. In the 2nd image you also have a strong leading line from the water's edge, but the closer match between background and foreground, lets the eye wander along the line more.
