I have the 28-75 and use it with the k3 am well pleased with it, cannot justify buying the24-70 as its price is a lot more pounds

Like you i wanted the 18-135 and was put off by the price and after reading the review was even more put off about how soft it was in corners and towards the middle, so in the end i went f or the Tamron 28-75 and it is sharp, Tamron has made a different modal now 24-70 but it is a good few pounds more

Hi, just had to buy my self a new lens was going for the pentax 18-135 and changed my mind and went for the Tamron SP AF 28-75 F2.8 it looks a nice piece of kit but have not got out to use it yet, does anybody have this lens and can tell me if it ticks the boxies
