Thanks for your response. Its confusing to me as well. They offer reduced prices on Hoya Filters and other accessories at the same time have a link to buy it from Amazon. The web site seem to have pulled out the product reviews from amazon UK and put them on theirs. The forum has some interesting comments and experiences (see the link)by some of buyers.

He is not listed on Amazon as seller and somehow seems to have copied their reviews on to thier website. That sounds dodgy.

Recently I was browsing the web for circular polrizing filters for my K20D and happen to come across Crazy Cameras website and some of the DSLR accessories for sale on that website to me seemed too good to be true for the prices are exceptionally low and seem to have huge stocks of some very expensive items.

I was wondering if any of you guys can throw extra light on this issue and I feel it should be highlighted so that none of us should be conned of our money.

Your input is important and will help to get rid of these rogue traders.

Cheers

Welcome Prem.

Of the Pentax flashes, if you have the money go for the AF540FGZ. It's more powerful, has tilt & rotate (the AF360FGZ has tilt only), and the battery door is more substantial.
You could also look out for the Samsung SEF-54PZF a copy of AF540FGZ
Hi Peter

Glad to inform that I have managed to get a good deal on Pentax AF540FGZ flash from PurelyGadgets, the cheapest at the moment. I have also bought the Sto-fen omni bounce diffuser for it as well as the remote for the camera.

What I would really like to know is regarding the purchase of Hoya Polarising filters for my lenses. I have read some rave reviews for it and the enhancement of the quality of the pics. Your advice is much appreciated. DA 18-55, DA 55-300 lenses.

Cheers

Hi

I recently bought K20D along with battery grip and a spare battery. I intend to buy Pentax brand flash and was wondering if anyone can give some advice on which one to go for i.e.,AF-360FGZ or AF-540FGZ for my K20D.

Cheers
