It really takes a photographer with a very good eye to spot opportunities like this. The colours and textures are lovely and compliment each other well.
Regards
David And again !
I think it looks quite dramatic and I love the texture of the water.
Great shot

If only the birds would stay still for a moment it would make it easier to photograph them ! But if photography were easy we wouldn't enjoy the challenges so much !
It's remarkable that you've managed to capture the moment - even with such a relatively slow shutter speed !
Well done

Hi Andrew
First the window frame and now the banisters - are you preparing a pictorial catalogue of your urgent DIY jobs ?
Another interesting and unusual shot
Best wishes

Andrew,
It really is time that you put that camera down and did some home decorating !
Seriously though, well done, well spotted.

Hi Andrew.
Are you going through your B&W period - this seems to be a recurring theme recently ?
Whatever, great composition and the B&W certainly helps add drama to the clouds.
Best wishes

With results like this, please don't give up !
Great shot; great compo, great colours & great DoF.
Only problem is that you're putting me off posting my own flower pics !
Best wishes
