The lighting draws one's eye to the model of a gaff-rig boat very nicely. I suppose that this is an area where votive offerings of ancient ship models are often found?

The Autumn issue of the RSPB magazine has just come through the letterbox. It has a couple of pages of wildlife photos sent in by people (members?). I reckon that this photo would have a very good chance of winning a prize.

A really eye-catching image. If you have done some computer enhancement, it does seem to have left a few patches of strangely blue tint in the shaded areas of the quay and lighthouse. Nevertheless a great picture. You must have been up very early to catch it!

Impressive monument, and good overall tones. Needs some parallax correction and maybe a touch of rotation to make at least the main monument vertical.
