To me it's ambiguous whether the prices are:

1. £330 for the camera and then an additional £400 for the lenses and flash gun.

or

2. £330 for camera and £400 for everything.

Just had a look at their T&Cs, I guess they are referring to 11.6.3 (ii) (copied below), so what cause have they got to say it's accidental damage or misuse?

Can you challange their decision? I'm no legal expert perhaps Citizens Advice etc. could tell you what you rights are.

For me your monochrome images are the most successful, they look like linocut or woodcut prints (which I rather like!).

And in your colour images for me the one with the lady in the woods also is very good, again your processing makes it appear rather like a linocut colour print.
