Took out my K5 with a Pentax 50mm f1.7, a real test of my 65 yr old short-sighted eyes and my manual focusing skills. I leave you all to judge ha ha!

Were they meant to be strangely processed?
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Contrast and saturation are far too high for my liking, otherwise some nice compositions.

That's a fair comment, not everyone likes my style of edit but then what a boring world it would be if we all liked the same

For me your monochrome images are the most successful, they look like linocut or woodcut prints (which I rather like!).

And in your colour images for me the one with the lady in the woods also is very good, again your processing makes it appear rather like a linocut colour print.

Love the high key last image.

What you need are lenses, more lenses, bigger lenses, better lenses, faster lenses, vintage lenses and when you have these, your pictures will be perfect!

Thank you Mike, that lady in the woods is my lovely long suffering wife, who has to wait for me to catch up on our walks because I am too busy taking photographs ha ha!
