Hi all,

I went along to the New Year's day parade in London, I was in a pretty good spot at the start of the parade route near the Ritz.

Here's a few shots that I managed to get despite the 3 or 4 accredited photogs camped in front of me and the 2 year old that was sick of standing in the same spot.

All shot with the kit lens on a K10d at 800 iso.

C & C welcome particularly regarding PP as I'm trying to do my PP on a laptop and I'm never sure the viewing angle is right.

Cheers,
Mike

Seeing Tidbinilla in the list of posts made me a little homesick, seeing the brown snake cured me of it.

They're fast little buggers that rarely sit still (except the plain brown females) so you should be happy with that shot.

G'day all,

Just arrived in the UK (from Australia) for 12 months so I thought I join up and see what the local Pentaxians have to offer.

I'm living in TW18 but I hoping to get into central London on photographic outings regularly and also explore other parts of the UK too.

Cheers,

Mike

I'm only just signed up to the site so I can't send PMs but I'm also interested, can you please PM me a phone number or email address.
